This warranty is valid for 90 Days of time printed on your Order Receipt provided you were the original purchaser of the part and you still own the vehicle on which it was installed. This warranty cannot be transferred to anyone at any time.REFUND POLICYProvided the defective part cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued in the amount on the order receipt. No refunds will be offered after the 90 days.WHAT IS NOT COVEREDWarranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Failure due to accident or collision
• Improper installation of the part
• Misuse, abuse, modification, vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes
• Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions
• Electrical

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.LEGALThis limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for warranty failure and the total liability of Ace Auto Wreckers for any part it warrants.
